Office Receptionist
Basic Purpose & Objective of the Position:
Skills and requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience with outstanding telephone and professional skills.
- Experience in routing incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with the flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- PC literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in Mac a plus.
- Upbeat personality.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- First point of contact with all guests including greeting of visitors, signing guests in and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Answer a multi-line phone system.
- Distribute daily mail, receive all courier packages, review of freight billing, schedule messengers, prepare travel arrangements, accounting and administrative duties as required.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Serve as back up to Order Entry.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
Education
Some college. 1+ to 5 years relevant work experience.
