A. Yes. From commemorating company goals to rewarding team achievements, Profero offers a premium selection of products that best suits any special occasion. Profero Knives can put your corporate logo to most products. An extra charge is involved and a minimum quantity requirement must be met. Q. Does Profero offer fund raising kits for organizations?
A. Yes. Profero believes in strengthening our communities. Organizations can sell our products to help raise money for their cause. We can also put your organizational logo on most products. Please ask a Profero Sales Representative for details.

Q. Must I send my knife to Profero to have the toothpick, tweezer, or battery replaced?
A. No, you may purchase any of these items anywhere our products are sold. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Q. Is there a service charge for repairs? Will I be billed?
A. Your Profero knife has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If your knife is defective, Profero will repair or replace it at our discretion. Please follow the instructions on the "Repair and Service" link.

Q. Approximately how long do repairs take?
A. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for most repairs.
Q. Is Profero able to design special knives?
A. Unfortunately, Profero cannot make special knives for our customers. It would be too cost prohibitive and time consuming. If you are a knife designer and are interested in doing business, feel free to contact us. Our product line, however, is extensive and can accommodate most requests. We offer special edition knives with unique styles by top designers. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please contact the Profero Customer Service Department who will assist you in determining which knife styles best suits your needs.
Q. How do I find a Profero retailer in my area?
A. Please visit our Where to Buy section to find a retailer near you. Keep in mind that if your preferred retailer is not listed, it does not necessarily mean they do not sell Profero products. Please contact the Profero Sales Department with any questions.
Q. How do I care for my knife?
A. Please view the About Your Knife section on our website to find detailed care instructions. You should regularly clean and oil your knife to ensure that it functions properly. You can also easily sharpen your knife with a sharpening stone by following the provided instructions.
Q. Does Profero provide personal engraving?
A. Profero does not do personal engraving on an individual basis. It is best to take your product to a local shop that provides this service.
