Warranty: What is Covered

Profero knives and tools carry a limited lifetime warranty which is redeemable to the original owner. Profero knives and tools are built with the highest level of craftsmanship, but if there is any defect in material, manufacturing, or workmanship, you may return the product to Profero for repair. In the event that your item is discontinued or cannot be repaired, Profero will exchange your product for an item of similar value at our discretion.

We strongly urge you to submit your warranty information online so that in the event that your original receipt is lost or misplaced, we will have your information in our records. Profero recommends that you submit your registration information at www.proferoknives.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you decline to register your knife at www.proferoknives.com, it will not void your warranty. You will then need to provide the original receipt when submitting a warranty claim.
