Warranty: Exclusions

The Profero warranty does not cover normal wear, re-sharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance, damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the instruments (including repairs, alterations or disassembly other than by a Profero Authorized Repair Center), or shipping costs for returned knives. Profero disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than that the knife can be used as a cutting tool. The Profero lifetime warranty is also inapplicable to sheaths, accessories, imprinting, rust (proper care will prevent rusting), and color finishes.
